In-Person Service Area

In-person services available in Boston (excluding Charlestown and East Boston), Brookline, Dedham, Milton, Newton and Quincy.

Boundaries of in-person service area are the I-95/I-93 loop to the west and south, the Massachusetts Bay to the east, and the Charles River to the north.

In-person services in the Bay Village, Beacon Hill, Chinatown, Downtown, North End, Seaport, and West End neighborhoods include an additional $25 travel fee per session unless free off-street parking can be provided.

In-person services outside of this area are available on a limited basis and include a $25 travel fee per session.
